• Retreat ticket does not include your flight to Cabo and hotel room stay. A direct booking link for the hotel will be provided with our preferred rate after purchase of retreat ticket.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All retreat purchases are subject to the following cancellation terms:

1. Deposits are non-refundable.
   Any deposit paid to reserve a place in the retreat is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the participant for any reason.
2. Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
   If a participant chooses to cancel their attendance after making payments toward the retreat, all amounts paid up to the date of cancellation will be non-refundable.
3. Transfer of eligible funds to another Diamond Academy program.
   At Diamond Academy Incorporated’s sole discretion, amounts paid toward the retreat, excluding the non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable processing, administrative, or third-party fees, may be applied as a credit toward another Diamond Academy program. Any such credit:

• is non-cash and non-refundable;
• may only be used for a future Diamond Academy program designated by Diamond Academy Incorporated;
• has no cash value;
• may be subject to an expiration date and additional terms communicated at the time the credit is issued.

By attending, you understand and accept responsibility for any potential risks that may arise, and you choose to take part at a pace and comfort level that feels right for you.
