Monday, November 9
Arrive at the breathtaking Cape Hotel and settle into your luxury retreat experience. In the evening, join us for a welcome reception under the stars.

Tuesday, November 10
Spend the day in immersive sessions with Kathleen Cameron, designed to inspire, elevate, and transform. In the evening, enjoy free time to explore the hotel’s exceptional on-site restaurants. VIP ticket holders will also join Kathleen for an exclusive VIP dinner.

Wednesday, November 11
Begin the day with powerful morning sessions with Kathleen, followed by a curated afternoon experience. We’ll close the retreat with a beautiful farewell dinner by the water.

Travel & Hotel Information ✈️

You may fly into either:

  • Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) in San JosĂŠ del Cabo, the area’s major commercial airport and the best option for most travellers
  • Cabo San Lucas International Airport (CSL) for those arriving by private air travel

Hotel Booking Link & Pricing: Once you book your retreat ticket, you’ll receive a custom hotel booking link with access to our preferred group rate. We’re thrilled to offer you a rate of $400.00 USD per night, plus taxes and fees on retreat evenings. Through this exclusive rate, you’ll enjoy savings of more than $450 per night compared to the public rate. Hotel rooms must be booked by July 20th. We recommend booking right when you get the booking link to confirm your entire stay.

Hotel Food & Beverage: Please note that The Cape is not an all-inclusive hotel. However, for the retreat dates, we have arranged a special meal plan to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. During the retreat days, all meals and drinks will be included, with some restrictions applying.

For any extended stay dates, you will have the option to add the meal plan separately. If you book additional nights, our events team will reach out with more details and available options.

Hotel Check-In: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, the front desk will gladly hold your luggage so you can start enjoying the hotel amenities before your room is ready. Please note, you will want to arrive in the early afternoon as we have our welcome reception in the evening. 

Hotel Check-Out: Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please note nothing will be scheduled for Thursday so please depart at whichever time is best for you.
